What to file

Lodge AIS within 6 months of FY end. Medium/large charities also lodge a financial report.

Who is affected

Every ACNC-registered charity with a 30 June financial year end. Charities with substituted accounting periods have a different due date.

Penalty if missed

Failure to lodge for two years in a row leads to revocation of charity registration and loss of DGR and tax concessions.
