Every employer and PCBU in Australia — the positive duty is to take reasonable and proportionate measures to eliminate sex-based discrimination, harassment and victimisation.

Penalty if missed

AHRC compliance notices, federal-court enforcement of notices, and ancillary civil penalty exposure under the Fair Work Act (s 539 contraventions).
