Facts

EE Group also distributes DJI drones. From April 2024 to June 2025 it told resellers not to sell DJI products below a set minimum price and threatened to cut off supply to resellers who would not comply.

Outcome

The ACCC accepted a court-enforceable undertaking under section 87B of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (23 December 2025). Terms include: Cease RPM; corrective notices to resellers and on website; revise contracts; compliance program; 3 years. An undertaking is not a finding or admission of a contravention unless the regulator says the party admitted it.
