Drone TK Australia Pty Ltd: ACCC section 87B undertaking
Respondent
Drone TK Australia Pty Ltd
Facts
Drone TK (trading as Tekron) distributes DJI drones. From April 2024 to June 2025 its reseller agreements required DJI products to be sold at prices Tekron set, and in some cases it restricted how resellers could advertise prices.
Outcome
The ACCC accepted a court-enforceable undertaking under section 87B of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (22 February 2026). Terms include: Cease RPM; corrective notices to resellers and on website; amend contracts and marketing; compliance program; 3 years. An undertaking is not a finding or admission of a contravention unless the regulator says the party admitted it.
