TMD (Target Market Determination)

Required statement under DDO setting the target market for a financial product.

Issuers of retail financial products must make a TMD that identifies the class of consumers the product is appropriate for. Distributors must distribute consistently with the TMD. Reviews triggered periodically and on trigger events. Significant dealings inconsistent with TMD must be reported to ASIC.
