Approval and oversight of external dispute resolution schemes (withdrawn)

This regulatory guide was withdrawn on 15 August 2023. A new, single external dispute resolution (EDR) scheme – the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) – commenced operations on 1 November 2018.
