WHS notifiable incident timer

A workplace death, serious injury, illness or dangerous incident must be notified to the regulator immediately. Under the model WHS Act (s 38), if you notify by phone and the regulator asks for a written notice, it is due within 48 hours of that request; in Victoria the written report is due within 48 hours regardless. This tool surfaces the correct regulator and tracks the clocks.
