Prep checklist
- Register a primary contact in the WGEA portal
- Compile workforce composition data by gender, manager category and ANZSIC sub-division
- Calculate gender pay gap for base salary and total remuneration
- Have CEO sign the report and notify the board
- Share the report with employees and notify shareholders/members before lodging
- Submit via the WGEA portal by 31 May
